The room was clean and very spacious. I liked that it had a full kitchen (i.e. full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, and dishwasher). The location was "eh"...about 30 mins from downtown. However, we had to make a run to Target and that (and many more stores) were just 10 mins away without having to take the freeway to get there. We only stayed 1 night, so there were no issues with staff, but only interacted with them to check in and check out. So, I can't really speak on customer service but seemed okay...Nothing stood out as exceptional or bad in those few interactions.

The room was big, pretty clean overall. Love the full size fridge, nice lighting, water is hot right away, clean and comfortable beds, AC cold!

Breakfast was good. The location was a little far from downtown, but we knew that going in (to save money). Hotel was clean, staff friendly.

Providing a selection of breakfast choices, was very good. Parking lot was a very good size. Able to see the pool from my location was very nice, every day.

The breakfast was delicious there was a wide variety and it was served hot. The environment was very inviting and the staff was very friendly. Great family place to vacation to.

My dog said he liked the bed and I agree with him! Coffee ink available 24/7 at reception and that was great because it was very cold! The bathroom is wonderful, the towels are white, of great quality and clean, you feel like you are in a spa!
